So where did the name come from..?

The rear garden of the property where Apple Tree Lounge operates from has the most magnificantly beautiful cooking apple tree.  We don't know the age of the tree, but from the size of the trunk, it's been here for a verh long time!  We use the delicious cooking apples in our baked goods too!
